Fire and Light NZ Ltd. agrees to supply…

The range of products currently available in New Zealand and any such future products as may be added to the product list at any time. The product list includes current pricing and any such minimum order quantities as may be required. At present there are no minimum order requirements.

Returns/Credits: Goods may be returned for a credit or refund if returned in the original packaging and suitable for resale within 30 days of the order being received.

Warranty:  Fire and Light NZ Ltd. guarantees that goods supplied directly from Fire and Light NZ Ltd. as the National Distributor, will be as advertised in the product listing, freehold of liens and of merchantable quality. No such guarantee can be given for goods obtained from an unauthorised third party. Any changes by the manufacturer to the composition or packaging of product will be advised by email. The goods will be guaranteed to the customer if they are found to be faulty from manufacture. In this case, the customer will return the faulty product for testing and if found faulty, the customer may at their discretion receive a replacement, a credit or a refund of the cost.

Indemnities: Fire and Light/Shorai NZ Ltd. cannot be held accountable for any damage or loss to any party due to inappropriate applications of the products, or misuse by the customer or use outside the product description, or for inaccurate instructions and recommendations given by any third party to the customer. Care must be exercised re: any instructions or recommendations given. In the event of loss or damage from faulty product, Fire and Light NZ Ltd. will refer to the manufacturer for resolution as product composition and quality are outside the influence or control of Fire and Light NZ Ltd.

Currency:  Your account will be charged in NZD.
